    Profile on employees

Do you want a statistical overview of your employees or members in your organisation? Then we can produce a statistical profile of your employees which contains statistics on, for example, the employees' gender, descent and educational background, Submit your own subgroups, You can break up your employees in subgroups e.g. into job categories, departments or management level. Then we will deliver statistics on these groups. There must be no duplicates – i.e. the same person may not be part of two or more groups at the same time., The tables, There are a total of 6 tables, which contain the following cross tabulations:, Table 1: Staff group x origin, Table 2: Staff group x age, Table 3: Staff group x gender x origin, Table 4: Staff group x region, Table 5: Origin x education, Table 6: Origin x country of origin, Only Tables 1-4 can be delivered on selfdefined subgroups of staff. If you do not want to divide your employees or members into groups, then the tables only contain statistics for the total number of employees. You can see examples of the specific tables by clicking on the link below. Here you can also find a description of the content of the delivery., Price, The price is , DKK 14.232 excl. VAT (DKK 17.790 incl. VAT),, however, the price can increase slightly if you want to get data on your own sub groups of staff. , Therefore you might have to pay for a few hours on top of the above mentioned price., Delivery, In order to prepare the tables, we need the civil registration numbers, (CPR numbers) of the employees or members sent to us. There must be at least 20 people in the company or association in order for us to provide statistics. If you divide staff into smaller groups, the risk of statistical disclosure increases. If, for example, you want to divide into two staff groups, there must be a minimum of 20 people in each group otherwise they will be disclosed. Fewer groups will normally result in more information about staff or members. You can find a template for how to report the CPR numbers below., We usually deliver within two weeks after we have received your order and we have received the CPR numbers. You will receive the tables in Excel sheets by e-mail., Indberetningsskabelon, Important!, Do not send any CPR numbers to Statistics Denmark before you have been told how to do it. Once we have received a division of the employees or members with their CPR numbers, we check them up against the register and send a control table back to you, where the number of valid CPR numbers appears and possibly also the number of duplicates., Order, Click on "Order" below and fill in the order form., ORDER, When you order, you also accept , Statistics Denmark's general terms and conditions., Contact, DST Consulting, tel: +45 3917 3600, Bodil Birkebæk Olesen, tel: +45 3917 3746, Tailor-made statistics, If you need to combine the tables with other variables or have them combined in a different way than in our standard tables, please send an e-mail to our consultants in Customer Centre. , Read more about  , tailor-made solutions, Other relevant products, Key figures on Postcodes, Key figures on Parishes

    Databank of basic data

Here you can read a general description of the databank of basic data in Denmark’s Data Portal (DDP)., Basic data (also called ‘DDP basic data’ or ‘data in the databank of basic data in Denmark’s Data Portal’) refers to the microdata that DDP offers to external users for research and statistical purposes. Statistics Denmark (DST) has collected a wide range of register data with historical information in a bank of basic data within the DDP App. The various registers come from both external sources and internal statistical offices. Thematically, the data cover a broad spectrum, and the statistical unit may be individuals, addresses, enterprises, library loans, motor vehicles, and more. All basic data must comply with a set of standards for formats and naming etc., The data undergo extensive processing before being placed in the bank of basic data. There are several reasons for this:, Standardization saves users time-consuming preparation: by ensuring uniform data, external users can avoid a significant amount of manual data processing., Key variables must be standardized to enable data linkage: combining data across years and registers requires a common standard for key variables., Key variables must be standardized to enable pseudonymization: data can only be pseudonymized correctly if variables follow fixed standards and naming., Purpose of the databank of basic data, The purpose of the databank of basic data is to collect microdata for research and analysis in a way that makes it easy and straightforward to make microdata available to researchers., Content and use of the databank of basic data, DDP aims to ensure that all DST data from the official statistical program are available as basic data. This primarily includes microdata related to individuals, enterprises, or addresses., DST also holds data that are not part of the official statistical program but which DDP has received or collected for various reasons. This type of data is also made available as basic data to support reuse, rather than requiring the statistical offices to design customized extracts for the users., To qualify as basic data, a number of conditions must be met. For certain data, special considerations regarding data confidentiality, funding arrangements or data quality may influence how the data can be used. DST enters into agreements with other authorities (and data owners) for regular deliveries of register data that can be made available to researchers. These data are also placed in the databank of basic data. Read more under , Data from other data providers for the databank of basic data, ., Before data may be used on the research server, variables that can directly identify individuals undergo pseudonymization. This means that all variables containing identification information such as CPR numbers, CVR numbers, addresses, and property numbers, are recoded in a pseudonymization process before being transferred to the user’s project. Each register includes a marking of which variables must be pseudonymized. When new variables are added to a register, DDP assesses, together with the data owner and based on the data confidentiality policy, whether the variables must be pseudonymized before the data can be released for research and analysis., Applying the procedures and guidelines described, ensures that data stored in the databank of basic data and presented within DST follow a standardized format. This makes it easy for researchers to access the data and navigate the available datasets. Read more about where to find documentation for basic data on the page , Documentation of data, .

    Camping sites

Danes and foreigners combined have millions of overnight stays on camping sites in Denmark every year. , Introduction, The statistics on camping sites are published monthly and annually. The monthly statistics are calculated from reporting from camping sites with at least 75 units while the annual statistics also covers camping sites with as little as 10 units., A camping unit corresponds to a capacity of 3 people. In Denmark there are about 407 camping sites with at least 75 units. Three out of four camping sites are located west of Storebælt., Documentation, Documentation of statistics, Get an overview of the purpose, content and quality of the statistics. Here you can find information on the sources that the statistics are derived from, what the statistics contains and how often it is published., Nights spent on camp sites, Key figures, In Statbank
