If you need help with logon, servers or other IT issues, please contact our IT-department.
IT can be contacted Monday-Thursday at 8:30-16:00 and Friday on 8:30-15:30.
In Research Service, we will process your inquiry as quickly as possible. We handle all inquiries in the order we receive them.
The existing delivery times present the following picture:
- From your initial inquiry to the delivery of data, it takes approximately 8 weeks on average, while 50% of tasks are delivered within about 4 weeks.
- On average, it takes about 3 weeks from contract approval/price confirmation to delivery.
The recently extended waiting time is due to our transition from measuring waiting time in business days to now measuring it in real-time. We now include all days from contact to delivery in our calculations. This new calculation of waiting time includes weekends and holidays, which hopefully makes it more transparent for you to see how many days you actually have to wait.
