Definition
The indicator measures the technical and financial support provided to developing countries to strengthen their capacity to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. This support takes place through North-South cooperation (developed countries assist developing countries with expertise and resources), South-South cooperation (developing countries share experiences and solutions), and triangular cooperation (a combination of North-South and South-South to enable more effective capacity building).
