Rent indices
The rent index for housing shows the rent development for rental housing. The statistics show the rent development grouped by regions and property category. The property categories are privately owned housing, social housing and cooperative housing. For privately owned housing and social housing it is the rent that the tenant pays, before housing benefit is deducted, which is followed, while for cooperative housing it is the monthly housing fee.
