Board members and managers

The statistics provide information about board members in Danish public limited companies, private limited companies and entrepreneur companies as well as members of management in these companies. The statistics integrate information from the Business Statistics Register of Participants and information from the

Social Statistics Register. The core of these statistics is the Register of Participants, from which we retrieve information about the participants’ relations with the enterprises, including the participants’ functions in relation to enterprises. The information in the Register of participants originates from the Central Business Register and is based on the statutory reporting by the enterprises in connection with the founding of a company and updating of business data. We retrieve activity, size of the enterprise and sector from General Enterprise Statistics for the purpose of delimiting and breaking down enterprises in the statistics. From the Social Statistics Register, we retrieve information about the participants’ age, sex, education and place of residence.
